DIY Holiday Wreaths

 Materials Needed:
grapevine wreath.  They come in many sizes.  Keep in mind when choosing that it will be much larger                                 when you add your decorations.
Christmas Balls.  I bought a large container with mixed colors
Floral pieces
Ribbon
pipe cleaners...i used these to tack the ornaments down through the wreath
hot glue

Peanut Butter Banana Dog Treats


.peanut butter banana biscuits
Two bananas
1/2 c peanut butter
2 eggs
1 tablespoon organic Chia seeds
1 tablespoon whole flaxseed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
2 1/2 c wheat flour
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Roll out and cut with cookie cutter.  Bake at 350 for 20 min. I also like to substitute sweet potatoes or pumpkin in place of the bananas and add a tsp cinnamon for a different tasty treat. The pups LOVE them!

Pork fried rice/ no egg

My husband says he can eat this every day.  I saw a picture on facebook of a friend of mines chicken fried rice, so i had to make my own fried rice.  This is so good.


Ingredients:
8 slices bacon
2 boneless pork chops
8 cups cold brown rice
10 chopped green onions
6 garlic cloves minced
 1 tbsp. coconut oil
10 oz bag of frozen peas
1/2 cup soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

In skillet cook bacon.  Set aside.  Cook cubed pork chop pieces in the bacon fat, then set aside.  Dump bacon grease.  Add 1 tbsp coconut oil to skillet.  Saute green onions and minced garlic gloves.  Add soy sauce, peas rice, crumbled bacon and cooked pork chop meat.  Add salt and pepper if desired. Stir thoroughly and heat until its warm enough to enjoy.

Chicken and spinach noodle soup

I just threw it in the pot and it turned out good!



Ingredients:

32 oz chicken broth
6 cups water
1 small chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp no salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp poultry season
6 chicken boullion cubes 
whole cooked cut up chicken, or canned chicken
homemade spinach noodles (see recipe under gluten free noodles)

Bring all ingredients to a boil and add your noodles.  Let simmer on stove for a couple of hours.  You may also use your crock pot.
