Funeral Potatoes



You will need:
32 oz. hashbrown potatoes                                               Top with 1 cup Crushed Cornflakes
1/2 cup oleo
1 can cream of chicken
1 cup sour cream
2 cups grated cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup milk
salt/pepper


Mix all ingredients. put in greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350* for 30 min.  Add 1 Cup Crushed cornflakes and bake for another 15 min.
