Football Chili



Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 large can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 4 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cajun spice
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 whole chopped onion
  • 6 tbsp flour
Directions:


Brown ground beef with chopped onion in a large pot or in your crock-pot.  Do not drain grease.  Add flour and stir.  It will be pasty.


Add all of the spices and mix well.


Add the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.  Stir until it is not so pasty.  My crock-pot was too small for all 6 cans of beans, so I did 2 chili, 1 black and 1 kidney.  Mix well.  Cover and cook in crock- pot all day or in pot on stove for 1 1/2 hours on medium heat.  Stir frequently.


Add a little cheese and Frito's...DELICIOUS!!!
