Daddy Kips High Protein Bars-Delicious

1/2 c. unsalted butter 1 c. chopped pecans 
1 c. peanut butter 1 c. sunflower seeds 
11/2 c. carob chips 1 c. flaked coconut 
1 c. wheat germ 

In a medium saucepan, melt butter, peanut butter and chips. Heat and stir until all are incorporated. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix until blended well. Take off heat and press into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Let cool completely before cutting. Cut into pieces sized the way you want and refrigerate.  Remember a little taste of this goes a long way! Can be wrapped in pieces and store in freezer up to 2 months.
