You will need
2 lbs ground venison or ground beef
1 whole onion chopped
1 whole garlic clove
1 large can tomato sauce
1 large can of water
1 can chopped tomatoes (I use frozen from my garden)
1 large can tomato paste
2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp Garlic Salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown your ground burger, then throw all ingredients in your crockpot and cook on high for the day. Stir occasionally. Serve over spaghetti noodles.
Again, I use "chef boy ar de spaghetti sauce with meat' if I can find it! and my own spices! Very good! Cj
